A year ago today we lost a very talented wrestler who could tell a story like no other and genuinely creep people out with his personas. It hurt more because Bray Wyatt was the same age as me and Dave. He was also more than a wrestler. He was a father too. This stuff with #BrayWyatt just ends up more and more surreal with each passing hour. I cannot fathom that a man, ready to return after almost a year away because of FUCKING Covid, dies because his heart gave.

There are so many details surrounding this that add to the tragedy feeling, but I simply don't have it in me to go over it all. I just wish none of this was ever real.

There is a tribute show taking place tonight. I am not ready, but in all honesty, I don't think I'll ever be.

Chels and I went to our first #WWE event in 2017. The first match we ever saw in person was #FinnBalor vs #BrayWyatt. Bray lost but the crowd was with him with their lights in the air as soon as his music hit.

He was a year younger than I am. Just sucks.
