Die zwei größeren Modelle von #Omnium mag ich auch. Deren "Mini" ist mir irgendwie zu klein.

Und dann ist da natürlich noch das #BrauCycles Cargobike, das einem Brompton sehr ähnlich sieht und dessen Prototyp auch offensichtlich viele Brompton-Teile verbaut hat.

@ascentale @epu #BikeNite A5: Besides those from my favourite cycling tour posted in the Q1 thread, I like these for various reasons:

The 1st picture validates a #FensterFreitag hashtag.

The 2nd picture shows a "forbidden for all vehicles" sign and points bicycle riders past that sign for the official cycle path. 🙄

@ascentale @MartyCormack #BikeNite A6: Probably a #cargobike as I don't really need one so far. (#Brompton front bag/rack, rear rack, backpack and #cargotrailer so far always sufficed.)

I'd though would have a hard time to decide on one. My favourites so far: #Muli, #Yoonit, #Bogbi, #BrauCycles, #GinkGoBike or one of the #Omnium models. And probably a variant with e-assist.

And if we include no more available bikes: An #XtraCycle with a foldable #sidecar. What a pity that they're no more made.

@Kadsenchaos: Ja, und hier mit #Yoonit, #Omnium oder #BrauCycles. Das #GingkoCargobike gefällt mir vom Design her ja auch noch, ist mir aber irgendwie zu groß bzw. zu lang.

Bisher reichte mir einfach das #Brompton mit Fronttasche, Gepäckträger, Rucksack u./o. #CroozerCargo #Fahrradanhänger.

Kaufe aber auch eher selten neue Waschmaschinen, Kühlschränke o. Herde. Und für NAS-Server, Zelte o. Klodeckel reichte das Brompton. #IchBinAuchEinCargoBike

@mwfc: No, #BrauCycles were in the "Inventors Lab" area of #SPEZI where mostly unfinished projects were shown. They seem to work on some crowdfunding according to their website: https://www.braucycles.com/crowfunding

@maybeabattist: Only once tried (successfully and easily) unfolding the rear fork of the #BrauCycles #Cargobike. That was very #Brompton-like. Currently the cargo bed ist just a frame. Had the side bag of my KMX trike strapped to it. They said they tested it with 90kg load, but 70kg is the official (or recommended) maximum. Over 50kg load is said to make driving more difficult. A friend told me that he had similar load level experiences with the #Omnium. #SPEZI #SPEZI2023 #SPEZI23

@ch_Nahon @maybeabattist: #BrauCycles is at #SPEZI this year! I did a short test ride on it! Riding feels rather different compared to a #Brompton despite many (small) Brompton parts (fasteners, gear switch, etc.) being used. You can push it with the folded-in rear wheel. In comparison to the Brompton it does not block in that position. And it has 20" wheels and a stand at the size of and below the cargo bed. #SPEZI23 #SPEZI2023

@xtaran @fedibikes_de @mastobikes_de wackelig ist das definitiv. Wird sich wahrscheinlich auch schwer „hinten falten lassen“ wenn es beladen ist. Da wird definitiv ein Ständer benötigt. Vielleicht haben die #braucycles da schon eine Idee. 🤷

@burroconponcho @xtaran @fedibikes_de @mastobikes_de das sieht schon alles spannend aus, aber ich finde die Möglichkeit das dann zu rollen ist schon mega praktisch. Und es ist schon sehr kompakt das #braucycles

@maybeabattist: Bisher kannte ich #BrauCycles nicht. 😉 Und ja, Hauptrahmen und Hinterradgabel sehen dem #Brompton ähnlich, aber zumindest der Hauptrahmen ist definitiv anders. Die Bilder (erlaube mir mal 4 der 5 hier crosszuposten) haben bei mir sofort einen #HabenWill-Reflex ausgelöst — bis mir klar wurde, wie hoch die Ladefläche im Vergleich zu einem typischen #Cargobike sitzt. Da nehme ich dann doch lieber den Croozer Cargo am Brompton. Kann man beides falten.
