So pleased for Richie. A moment of World Cup magic by a star. Sad to see him leave Everton this year but he’ll always be remembered fondly. One of the good guys in football, his charitable work back home not known by many. By all accounts a humble, down to earth and funny man. Thoroughly deserves his place in the spotlight.

#Brazil is a cat that plays with its prey before eating it. With confident passes & possession, transitions looked easy. #Richarlison in the scoresheet but the whole team shone. Scary good
#Serbia watched them on & pounced when a Carioca midfielder erred, always looking to pass to #Tadic or #Savic
A more open match in the 2° half when Serbia advanced and there were more spaces to counter, which resulted in the #Canarinha victory

Fijne wedstrijd is #braser op #WK2022 #FIFAWorldCup #Qatar2022.
In de eerste helft in drie kwartier maar liefst 31 minuten puur voetbal. Amper blessures, gezeik of weggeramde ballen. Twee ploegen die kunnen combineren en dat ook minutenlang doen. Terecht weinig #blessuretijd. -
