This week is Action for Brain Injury week, by Headway - the brain injury association. Eleven years on from the football tackle which changed my life, I continue to share my story out of a desire to help others.
A brain injury can be terrifying and frustrating and invisible all at the same time.
The Headway helpline was the first time I spoke with someone who had in-depth knowledge of brain injury
