The historic state #racketeering charges were filed on August 14, 2023, by #FultonCounty, #Georgia, DA #FaniWillis, an elected Democrat who launched a lengthy investigation into Trump’s interference in the Georgia #election in early 2021.

The investigation began shortly after a January phone call became public in which #Trump pressured Secretary of State #BradRaffensperger, a fellow Republican, to “find” the votes necessary for him to win the state in the election.

Over the weekend, ProPublica reported that users of the portal had unsuccessfully attempted to cancel the registrations of 2 #Republican ofcls, Secy of State #BradRaffensperger & Rep #MarjorieTaylorGreene.

The flaw found by Parker was different from the 2 previously reported ones. This one would allow ANY user of the portal to bypass the screen that requires a driver’s license number & submit the cancellation request w/o it.

#JohnathanTurley is a #dishonest hack. At the time #Trump made his infamous call to #BradRaffensperger, the votes had already been counted three times. The idea that Trump was simply asking for a #recount is patently absurd. If he was looking for a legitimate recount, there are procedures in place to make such a request. But that's not what Trump wanted, and that's not what he was asking for. Turley is a disgrace to his profession.
