I also get to sing Ottavia & Drusilla (& Virtù) in L’incoronazione di Poppea, which will be my first time singing pre-Baroque music. Letters to Fred will be performed twice for Holocaust Remembrance day at Landestheater Detmold and Theater Hagen, I’m thrilled to be working with these theaters!
I hope that Letters to Fred will continue each year. Thanks to Jo Herzberg for trusting me with her dad’s letters.

Jo came to Darmstadt for the world premiere of Bracha Bdil’s song cycle Letters to Fred last Sunday, and we had the chance to spend the last days together — but it’s never enough, so my mom & I joined her on her trip back! We are having a great time together, and it just feels right to keep celebrating this very emotional work after it premiered!
