Igår och idag har kollega och jag utbildat ett gäng nya administratörer i demensvårdens nationella kvalitetsregister, #BPSD-registret.
Vi har haft roligt och varit flamsiga, vi har varit allvarliga och pratat om hur man formar framtidens #äldreomsorg (genom att planera, följa upp och utvärdera vårt arbete).
Det känns fint att få jobba med någonting så viktigt!

Hade mitt första #BPSD Relaterade pass idag efter att ha gått utbildningen till certifierad utbildare förra veckan. Nästa vecka och veckan efter det blir mina första administratörsutbildningar. Kul, och viktigt arbete.
