I listened to a really interesting podcast discussion about the need to help boys and men. The premise is that efforts to help achieve greater equality for women and girls has been fairly successful.

One of the consequences of this is that boys find themselves struggling in relation to girls who seem to be better adapted to our education systems, and men find that their roles have changed.
