L’an dernier, j’étais à l’Eurovision à Bâle. J’y ai vu une fête populaire immense, mais aussi des alertes déjà très fortes contre la présence d’Israël dans le concours.
Aujourd’hui, face au génocide à Gaza, plusieurs pays ont décidé de se retirer du concours. Je ferai donc moi aussi le choix de boycotter l’Eurovision 2026.
Parce qu’on ne peut pas célébrer tout en restant silencieux face aux massacres de civils.

As an Irish football fan, it'll be my turn to make a (tiny) sacrifice later this year.
I don't think just boycotting the Israel game(s) is enough though. If the #FAI insist on playing the matches, I won't be following the entire Nations League campaign.
