    I have always struggled with "ah, just relax a bit, let go of the tension in your body, breathe and be calm again". Yeah, it's been suggested to me many times. And believe me, I've tried many times in many ways. And... I am still trying to get to that state where I can be all "zen" ☯️ and all that... But as soon as I don't have anything to "occupy" my brain with, like not just listening to calming sounds, but doing that without a phone in my hand to "keep me busy", I feel like I am wasting my time. My ADHD tells me that this time where I am doing nothing "productive", could have been spent in better ways. But... Now that I'm dealing with the autistic burnout from all that's been happening the last few months... I am trying to find ways again to really make me relax as much as I allow myself to do.
