So, this YouTube video was very useful! I had an older Lasko fan and was able to find parts from the website. I just replaced the fan blade and now I know how to cannibalize fan blades from other fans (I usually buy the same size and model fans that I already have for this very purpose)!

Currently awaiting some box fans, high grade air system filters, tape, and bungee cords as HEPA filter machines have gotten really expensive.
