Bourton-on-the-Water is a charming village in the Cotswolds, England, often referred to as the “Venice of the Cotswolds” because of the River Windrush that gently flows through the heart of the village. It’s known for its picturesque stone bridges, beautiful limestone cottages, and idyllic atmosphere.

The River Windrush is shallow and clear, making it perfect for paddling in summer. Five low-arched bridges span the river, adding to the village’s appeal.
