Voor het eerst zelf #boursin gemaakt. Van kwark, de vetste. Uithangen hoeft niet want dat werd het te droog. Wel kan hem een dag in de koelkast zetten en eventueel vocht de volgende dag afgieten. Bewaren in kopje want misschien wil je het straks ietsje natter maken. Toevoegen: zout, peper, knoflook, tijm, dille en oregano. En verse bieslook. Een week houdbaar in de koeling.

I picked up this small rectangle dish I think #thrifting awhile back & finally pulled it out to use. I wanted to see if it'd fit in my #toasteroven. I tried the viral tomatoes & #boursin cheese dump then bake recipe. I added a bunch of seasoning with it & baked it for like 20mins+ at around 375F-400F uncovered. I made some pasta on the stovetop & it came together nicely. Could do with some added cream to make it saucier. #cooking #food

I bought some #Boursin Cuisine cream cheese marked “vente rapide” in September. Opened it that month. Label says consume 10 days after opening. Today, ~7 refrigerated *months* after opening, I finally finished eating it. I saw no signs of mold. Tasted fine. I wonder how many more months it would have lasted. It’s the tomato & herbs variety. But real- creme is the main ingredient.
