I saw the final episodes of "The Boroughs" and none of the earlier ones. It really vindicates all the criticism of modern Netflix productions: you can just start watching at any point because the plot is explained constantly. The series is ticking all the boxes of what viewers liked previously: a bit of an 80s vibe but set in modern times so you can do sci-fi elements as well, deus-ex-machina ET-style healing powers, the 100th iteration of spider monsters ... big yawn.

Surprise bonus #CastleHillURC where #Doddridge was a minister and there is a room kept as he would have known it (key mentions in #AlanMoore ‘s book Jerusalem) as well as the gorgeous carvings inside #StPeters .
