Have been listening to #AndySerkis' audio book reading of #TheLordOfTheRings which is apparently #free on archive.org. His performance is spirited, though a little uneven in spots, and his singing is just fair. His voicing choices sound inspired by the actors in the Peter Jackson films (AS mimics Sean Bean's #Boromir, Sir Ian McKellen's #Gandalf, etc.). It is also a little odd overall since it is a bit like #Gollum reading #JRRTolkien's translation of The Red Book of Westmarch to me. Overall though, nicely done. I still love Tolkien's word craft of prose, poem, character and plot. https://archive.org/details/4.01.-appendix-a_202402

Once again have turned fifteen bucks of ingredients into at least sixty bucks worth of storebought hummus.
Except my hummus is better than storebought.
One batch of traditional, one batch of chipotle cumin.
