  1. The failure of the current government to honour the constitutional 40% special grant to Sabah highlights the enduring systemic failure of the Malaysian Federation. Conflating development spending with constitutional debt is viewed as evasion, reinforcing the paternalistic narrative that treats Borneo as an "object of aid" rather than an equal, founding partner. True justice requires rectifying this historical debt.

  2. There is no debate. It is only a violation of Sabah and Sarawak's autonomy and an invitation to and instigation of the normalisation of exploitation and oppression. Challenging others' dignity and thus causing trouble, which leads to others blaming the victim. Laws are only relevant if they protect places and people from injustices and oppression. PDA74 is not fulfilling them. PDA74 isn't protecting Sabah and Sarawak's autonomy, as agreed by all the founders of Malaysia on MA63. It is feeding the exploitative capitalists. PDA74 is certainly a violation of these autonomies and dignities. It also violates Sarawak's Oil Mining Ordinance 1958.

PDA74 is an invitation to normalise the exploitation of Sabah and Sarawak. It violates our autonomy, ignores MA63, and feeds capitalist oppressors. This is not debate; it is injustice.
