I am now a purveyor of white bread & white rice for my hungry little temporary housemate Quids. It’s the only food I have that quails can eat. I’ve checked over 20 quail related websites. 🤔 I call this meal “white rice & bread.” Quids is now noshing down and is safely contained in the laundry. Poor little darling is hungry. None of my local posts have garnered any leads. So I think tomorrow I’ll take him to the vet who knows all the bird carers. #quail #carbs #lostbird #randomhousemate #animallover #boringfood
