  1. Just watched @tbaldauf's talk at #bono23 #bordernone and it really resonated with me, thinking about what's actually driving me to work in tech.

  2. On the train back from the #BorderNone / #bono23 and #IndieWebCamp, managed to walk a bit around the Nuremberg’s center, mostly along its city walls, made a few photos here and there.

Was nice meeting and talking to everyone, for sure a lot to think about.

  3. I know I missed posting my weekly post yesterday. I was at a #BorderNone and #IndieWebCamp, so I did not have time to do so, but I will publish it a bit later!

However, I did write a blog post about what I did during the IndieWebCamp:

TL;DR: I did add #microformats to both my core site and my blog, and I now also list the last five articles from the blog over at my site.

  4. I'm glad there were none of the HTML stickers left at #borderNone. Now I have a reason to print a new batch 😎. #bono23

  5. @matthiasott #bordernone was full of great talks, but on both days the final talk was my favorite.

  6. Today I talked to @vasilis in person for the first time and we had a good conversation. I was following his work and thoughts for very long time over different networks/outlets.

As he said he's happy to meet me in person for the first time, recognizing interactions we had online, I had my own fan boy moment 😂

Heard some great talks at #borderNone and happily will re-watch some of them. Thanks @jkphl and @marcthiele for that opportunity. #bono23

  7. #BorderNone / #Bono23 is over, I was not present at the one which was 10 years ago, but this one was a blast. Was happy to meet and talk to so many new and a few familiar faces.

Now, some rest, and to #IndieWebCamp tomorrow!

  8. “Subscription-based business models mean that sales teams are becoming more and more interested in building long-term relationships with customers. That means sales teams today are probably more interested in UX than ever before.” @vitalyf #bono23 #bordernone

  9. Lots of feels about the passage of time at #bordernone today. And I got a little verklempt when 15 year old Maya finished up her wonderful talk by thanking me for our video chat last week! 🫶🏼

  10. “The biggest challenges we face on the web today are not technical.” @adactio #bono23 #bordernone

  11. “It’s not done well but you’re surprised to find it done at all.” @adactio with a trip down memory lane on obscure hacks of the olden days that inspired Web Standards we now take for granted. #bono23 #bordernone

  12. Sehe gerade einen Talk der #bordernone einer 15-jährigen mit ihren Erfahrungen in digitaler Bildung und naja, amüsant vorgetragene Problemchen, die du dir so halt vorstellen kannst…

  13. Amazing presentation by 15 year old Maya Leyh about the importance of trust and respect for the media literacy of young students. The kids are all right. #bono23 #bordernone

  14. I love the term @bastianallgeier just coined on stage at Border:None
    - "Accidental Web Developer"
    it me.

  15. So far every talk at #BorderNone / #bono23 was non-technical, and I, personally, love it. Even if it hurts, like, a lot.

Technical stuff is much easier to present in text or recordings, but there is something in being in an audience for more thoughtful and meaningful talks.
