Am heutigen verregneten #Fensterfreitag lasse ich mal die Sonne scheinen und zeige nicht nur 1 Fenster, sondern derer gleich viele! Links im Bild das barocke #Wasserschloss #Borbeck, rechts daneben das Eingangstor zum wunderschönen, im englischen Landschaftsstil errichteten #Schlosspark, daran anschließend das zum Schloss gehörige Wirtschaftsgebäude. Im Vordergrund der Schlossweiher als Teil des umgebenden Wassergrabens. Schloss und Nebengebäude werden heute gerne für Hochzeiten und kulturelle Veranstaltungen genutzt.
On today's rainy #WindowFriday I'm letting the sun shine and showing not just 1 window, but lots of them! On the left in the picture is the baroque moated #castle #Borbeck, to the right of it the entrance gate to the beautiful castle park built in the English landscape style, next to it the service building belonging to the castle. In the foreground the castle pond as part of the surrounding moat. Today, the castle and outbuildings are often used for weddings and cultural events.

Eines meiner Lieblings #Brote ist das #persische #Sangak, ein großes Vollkorn-Fladenbrot. Die Köstlichkeit war lange Zeit schlecht im Ruhrgebiet zu erwerben.
Nun gibt es in #Essen #Borbeck eine wunderbare Sangak-Bäckerei. Auf einer rotierenden Kieselsteinplatte kann man dabei zuschauen, wie die Fladen langsam durch den Ofen gedreht werden. Es riecht und schmeckt fantastisch!
