I just learned about the #BoomOverture. Set to enter service in 2029, it's the successor to the #Concorde. #Newark to London: 3 hours, 40 minutes. Newark to Frankfurt: 4 hours, 15 minutes. Huge downside: Having to #fly into and out of Newark. Tough sell. #Airline

Boom Overture -lentokoneen on tarkoitus tulla kaupalliseen käyttöön vuonna 2029 ja se olisi ensimmäinen kerta yli 25 vuoteen, kun tavallinen kuolevainen voisi matkustaa ääntä nopeammin. Yliäänelentokone Concorde siirtyi eläkkeelle vuonna 2003.
