So I finished reading #TravisBaldree's cozy fantasy novel #BookshopsAndBonedust.
It is quite cute. I dare say it's even better than the first one?
Though, of course, the worldbuilding is completely secondary to the needs of the plot. Like, the setting has room enough for marauding monsters and the mercenaries that hunt them to be A Thing, yet it's also stable enough to support tiny hole in the wall bookstores.
If I were feeling snarky I'd call it "Potatoes and Printing Presses."
