A couple more from the Bonspiel.
There's a nip in the air, but the bothy is warm and welcoming. Locals, young and old, enjoying an opportunity to gather for a dram and a blether. The names of all those attending - and the match scores themselves - are entered in a club record that goes back many decades. Good times.

A floodlit end.
A cold winter evening meeting of the LCCC - our Scottish Highland village's curling club. The pond froze sufficiently for a local bonspiel or league match with our neighbouring village. Kept toasty warm between matches with a wee nip or two amongst friends by the fire in the club's simple bothy hut.
