For fuck's sake:
If China wanted to tap all of the fibre - presuming such a thing was even likely to be valuable enough to bother with - they wouldn't bother doing it from an embassy everyone is now watching like a hawk.
They'd rent the basement of some building on any number of streets in London, and do it from there.
In practice they're just stealing your shit over the Internet directly.

I spent my evening making a CR 3 (5 HD) #Pathfinder1e #bogey based on the stat-block of Pathfinder1e #redkind #fey and the abilities of the Pathfinder2e bogey.
It has adjusted ability scores of the redkind and some of its special abilities, but has the devour souls ability of the P2e bogey and all the spell-like abilities were modified so it doesn't have any that aren't shared with my variant #bogeyman (except minor image, as I gave my bogeyman persistent image instead). -
My green stuff epoxy came today. I filled holes in washers I used for bases on #ReaperMiniatures goblin wolves (essentially greater #barghest) and I started basing #CrookedDiceGames hurdy-gurdy man that I plan to use as an advanced #bogeyman in my #Pathfinder1e #Ustalav campaign.
The next #miniature I want to get based is #BombshellMiniatures 20002 Shunkaha, which is a gorgeous metal #werewolf with a tomahawk (and an optional hat) that stands at 42mm.

My #CrookedDice #miniatures arrived today. They took two days shy of four weeks to travel from Lincolnshire, UK to West Virginia, US. I ordered them back in January but they didn't ship until mid-February because of the cyber-attack on Royal Mail. And now they're in my hands.
I got two #redcap miniatures and a "hurty-gurty man" miniature that I might paint as a #bogeyman. I'm eager to get a redcap based, primed, and underway.

Reading #Chatcontrol directive leaves me nonplussed.
One would expect that the most important part of child protection would be focused where the crimes are committed.
One would expect very concrete proposals detailing how social services could be strengthened.
But in fact, the proposed paper is silent on pretty much anything of the sort, but keeps obsessively coming back to the subject of secure online communication, which is presents as the universal #bogeyman.
