Dass es zum #Surfen / #SUP gar nicht zwingend Wasser benötigt, war übrigens Grund, die Übung auf die Ideenliste vom #Turnverein zu setzen.

Stellt oder setzt euch also auf ein #Board – #Stehpaddelbrett, #Surfboard, #Bodyboard, #Treibholz, … – das auf dem Wasser – oder dem Sand – schwimmt, und bezwingt die Wellen! 🌊 3/3

Di recente ho scoperto il #bodyboard, "il fratello minore" del #surf in cui l’atleta surfa l’onda sdraiato su una tavola di circa 40/45 pollici (1/1,15 metri) e delle pinne speciali.

In Italia, pare che Livorno sia la zona con la più alta concentrazione di praticanti con gli spot più belli ed una community forte e viva. Prima o poi dovrò provare!
