  1. OMFG

Dr. Oz really said "1 in 3 Americans are underbabied"?

They have really ripped the entire mask off when it comes to fascist white supremacy barefoot-and-pregnant shit.

  2. German men must be 18 years old to vote!

And this is similar all around the world or worse, in many countries military service duty is mandatory for men to EARN the right to vote.

Sadly many will be forced to harm other human beings, else they could face military "justice", a "traitor" can't vote, only "true" citizens may.

In the actual event of war many will die or return traumatized and be discarded by society.

Some people justify male suffering but men are human beings.

  3. Die Vorwürfe gegen Christian Ulmen:
    Jahrelanger Identitätsmissbrauch
    Deepfake-Pornografie
    Physische Gewalt

Es ist ein Paradebeispiel für male entitlement. Hier wird die Identität einer Frau als Eigentum betrachtet, das nach Belieben manipuliert, herabgewürdigt und für das eigene Ego konsumiert werden darf.⬇️

  4. Joint Statement: European LGBTI Organisations call on the Portuguese Parliament to reject bills attacking trans and intersex rights

Proposals due to be debated in Portugal on 19 March and voted on 20 March could pave the way for rollbacks to legal gender recognition, bodily autonomy, and other existing protections for trans and intersex people. IGLYO, ILGA-Europe, OII Europe, TGEU, EL*C, and Bi+ Equal express deep alarm at the three bills due to be debated in the Portuguese Parliament on 19 March and voted on 20 March. These proposals represent a serious attack on the rights, dignity, safety and bodily autonomy of trans […]

  5. Kansas Senator Is Framing an Anti-Abortion Proposal as an Equal Rights Amendment

The same language is used in Senate calendar listings, where no language clarifies that it's an anti-abortion measure.

  6. I first heard of the anti-choice "March for Life" a number of years ago and it made me so angry, cartoon steam shot out my ears. I enjoy comics, and had been reading a simple new one about aliens learning about and commenting on human quirks and culture. I happened to look up the author and discovered that the "cause" of restricting other people's reproductive healthcare was "close to [his] heart". So I channeled my rage into this parody comic, which I just unearthed recently going through some old papers.

  7. The Patti Vasquez Show

They said Roe was settled law. They said abortion bans wouldn’t spread. They said women wouldn’t be punished. Tennessee Republicans just introduced the death penalty for abortion. Stay loud. #tennessee #BodilyAutonomy #abortionban

  8. “The Victorian Parliament in Australia 🇦🇺 has passed laws banning unnecessary medical interventions on children born with variations in sex characteristics.”

This is good news. We need laws to affirm bodily autonomy, especially for intersex people enduring institutional violence :flag_intersex:

  9. Ireland: "Minister and top HSE official visit Iceland to examine their liberal transgender (healthcare) policy"

Average reporting, but this seems positive on the direction of travel on improving the dire trans health care here in Ireland -

"Iceland is regarded as having one of the world’s most liberal trans healthcare services, with the Department of Health noting that it “stands out” in Europe, along with Malta and Spain. It follows a model of informed consent"

  10. You know what? If Mary had masturbated instead of having sex back then, humanity might have avoided a lot of pain. So yeah, it's Christmas. Seems like a perfect day to choose bodily autonomy. Happy masturbating ✌️😚

  11. A Global Telehealth First: Women Help Women Begins Producing Abortion Pill Combipack

Women Help Women (womenhelp.org) is manufacturing their own abortion pills in order to make abortion safer, simpler and more accessible across borders. They designed an eco-friendly combi-pack that's easier to mail discreetly and centred around women’s experiences and needs.

  12. News: Faroe Islands scraps one of Europe's strictest abortion laws

"Previous legislation allowed abortions only in certain circumstances - such as rape, incest or risk to the health of the pregnant woman - and meant the self-governing Danish territory had among the most restrictive abortion policies in Europe."

"Only five - Andorra, Malta, Liechtenstein, Poland and Monaco - maintain highly restrictive laws."

  13. This is worth a read. The Irish NGS (National Gender Service) for trans healthcare is a hidden national scandal.

  14. The Journal: There is "no scientific support” for a mandatory waiting period for abortions in Ireland, according to the chief medical director of the Irish Family Planning Association (IFPA).

“What is utterly inappropriate and paternalistic is the imposition of a delay on every single person who seeks abortion care. This stigmatises both pregnant people and healthcare providers.

“It implies that women would otherwise take an unconsidered decision and that doctors would ignore signs of uncertainty, or worse, rush someone into a termination.”

  15. “Victoria will become the first Australian state to ban unnecessary surgeries on intersex children, with legislation to be introduced to parliament to ensure procedures are deferred until patients are old enough to consent to them.”

This is very interesting news, protecting bodily autonomy via informed consent.

  16. The new abortion law will be back in the Faroese Parliament tomorrow, the 2. Desember.

The law is not going to pass because a social democrat, Djóni Nølsøe, will be voting against giving women and others who need an abortion the right to bodily autonomy.

  17. #PresidentConnolly with her three living predecessors. #CatherineConnolly is our third woman president, but the first to be inaugurated wearing #trousers.

I'm a firm believer in #bodilyAutonomy. Everyone should be free to wear whatever they like, and everyone else can mind their own damn business. But after centuries when #Irishwomen were expected to wear a skirt or dress, I am delighted that our women presidents have shown that there is a choice. 👍
