My gut just made a noise like a cat ready to fight. I felt absolutely nothing. Very disconcerting when your body makes loud noises and you have zero accompanying sensation. Like, wth 🥴

Last night’s apparent body heat maintenance requirements for reasonably peaceful slumber:
1. Both feet and left hand completely uncovered
2. Top sheet from ankles to armpits
3. Comforter from just above the knee to the chin
4. Right arm tucked in a comforter sling (not related to body heat but prevention of hyperextending elbow if it falls off the side of the bed while sleeping on back)
