October 12, 1967 - Bob Gibson hits a home run and pitched a 10-strikeout complete game (7th game of the 1967 World Series). Gibson is the only pitcher in major league history to record such a game in two separate World Series matchups. BTW, Gibson would again in Game 4 of ‘68.
