    OMG, we started marketing our new #BobbinLace workshop this week since our other one is running. And someone is so eager they are flying from CA to take it!

    That's how rare beginner classes are.

    Anyway: if you are interested--we are in #IpswichMA in November. I don't recommend flying, but I guess it's an option.

    This #mural artist puts huge #lace on the sides of buildings. I want one for #IpswichLace so much, but I wouldn't invite anyone from outside the US to come here right now.

    Anyway, she's giving a talk for #IOLI soon and I will store that in my cheek pouches for some future grant writing when we get out of this phase.

    And they seem to be getting government grant support, which keeps failing me here in the US. I want to learn from them.

    I asked for a lecture on #flax a while ago, and we're going to have it today!1!

    We look at stunning and fine laces in museums, and you can't even get linen thread that thin and fine today. Was it processing? Genetics? Lost skills? What's the deal?
