Ha, kaum 4 Jahre gewartet und schon ist es da: Die neue Auflage eines meiner Lieblingsrollenspiele, Blue Planet. Ersonnen von Meeresbiologen ist es ein wirklich gelungenes Sience Fiction-RPG. Die neue Auflage sieht schon mal schön aus, bin auf die Regeländerungen gespannt. #pnpde #BluePlanetRecontact

I'm looking for a simple way to deal with decompression after dives for basically arbitrary depths.Ideally "just" formula(s) where I plug in depth and dive time.
Does not need to simulate reality, just give me something to throw at the PCs :)

It actually went really well: it felt good, and I got good feedback from my players.
I really like the #BluePlanetRecontact setting and system. And the more I prep-play and play-play, the more I like it.
There's something deeply satisfying for me to run a hard(is) #SF #ttrpg game after playing basically only #fantasy for years.

I really like the #BluePlanetRecontact setting and system. And the more I prep-play and play-play, the more I like it.

In learning a new #rpg setting and system - and collecting ideas for running them as #GM, today I looked up
- Ground effect vehicles (planes and boats),
- Average lengths of human body parts, specifically arms,
- the speed of nerve impulses, and
- why nautical miles and knots are sensible measurements for ships and planes.But, as they say: "Prep is play." :)

Schöne Regeln, die auf wenige Seiten passen und dennoch relativ vielseitig sind. Eine irre coole Welt - wenn Meeresbiologen Science Fiction machen, wird es gut!
