50 years ago the famous #NASA #BlueMarble photo was taken and changed our perspective on Earth. We were able to simulate the fully coupled #climate system at the scale of a km in October this year 🤯 Now, together with the German Climate Computing Center #DKRZ and #NVIDIAOmniverse, we simulated the iconic photo to celebrate this achievement.
