I'm subscribed to various #Reddit topics involving TV shows, like /r/magnumpi, /r/cowboybebop and /r/firefly and fans are always asking and scrambling to new streaming services when their show disappears from their own service. For the love of #Odin: Just buy a #blu_ray player and buy the #DVD box or #Blu_ray box of your favorite show and watch to your hearts content. I've been buying these shiny discs since their release, but you don't have to be like me, just buy your favorites.

As neat as some 4K & 1080p things can look, I've found that my personal preference for watching movies and TV resolution is 720p.
I'm fine with DVD and don't feel like Blu-Ray makes a difference for me.

If you like a movie or TV show, get it on physical media so:
📺 It doesn't disappear from streaming media.
📺 You can watch it again without paying again
📺 Better audio and video quality
📺 Circumvent retroactive editing, and
📺 More royalties to actors and producers (often, at least).
