Ich bin heute am sehr frühen Morgen mit den #Rennrad unterwegs gewesen. Dabei bin ich beinahe über einen #Blowup im betonierten #Radweg gefahren.
Dieser wurde zwar mit dem dreieckigen Schild «Bodenwellen» signalisiert, jedoch nur von der anderen Fahrtrichtung her. Das nicht lesbare Schild hat meine Aufmerksamkeit etwas zu lange vom Boden abgelenkt, glücklicherweise konnte ich trotzdem noch rechtzeitig ausweichen.

Quand je déjeune seule chez moi, j'ai pris l'habitude de lancer un épisode de Blow up, la collection d'Arte qui vous instruit sur le cinéma.J'aime le ton, le soin de la réalisation, et la durée des épisodes qui vont très bien aux 20mn minimum de mastication préconisées par l'hygiène alimentaire.
J'ai découvert plein de films grâce à ces documentaires. Aujourd'hui je me cultive sur Shining, que nul ne saurait ignorer – mais moi je ne l'ai jamais vu parce que je n'aime pas le cinéma qui fait peur. Peut-être que ça me décidera?

I was recently in on the very beginning of a Thing That Blew Up On Social Media, and boy did it open my eyes.
I knew these kinds of online kerfuffles tended to have a life of their own, entirely separate from the events and personalities that started them off, but I'd never seen one go quite like this. Probably old news to people, but I'd just never been in one at such an early stage.
It grew to multiple camps of people, aggressively pushing various competing agendas, all of them trying to claim that the tiny snowball that got the whole avalanche thing going was Very Obviously Hard Evidence of Their Position, and pushing orthogonal side-issues and dirt into the fight.
Wow.

Today (September 3) in 1991, the Smithereens released Blow Up. It's a very '90s album, with some interesting songs on this one. Kinda almost adult contemporary in spots. But still a ton of rock, and the unreal 'If You Want the Sun to Shine'- one of my favorite songs ever. There's an instrumental version of it that's truly wild.

"Blowup" from 1966 is a movie about which I read regularly in the TV guide when I was a kid back in the 1990s, but I never actually saw it. It aged well, even if I'm not sure what is strange and what is normal there because the past truly is another country. A story of a photographer who captures *something* in the background when casually taking picture in a park. Mysterious by design and with a lot of flesh in it.
