~ Bedroom cooling tip ~
- Fill some bottles (i.e. 1.5L soda bottles) with cold water
- Place bottles in freezer
- When going to sleep, put the bottles close to your bed (i.e. night table) on plates (because condensation)
- Put a fan behind the bottles, blowing across them and towards you
- Leave fan on low throughout the night
