It's the same structure, the same vagueness, the same idea of bloodlust and hate, but it's actually more dangerous because it's impossible to disprove.
You can't say that no Israeli military operation has ever killed any Palestinian child, because of course it's happened, and it's absolutely tragic.
That said, the image of Israeli Jews gleefully seeking out Palestinian babies to murder is also clearly antisemitic, sick, and part of a larger trope of dehumanization, because it's inhuman to kill babies.
It's why the trope is so dangerous and insidious and needs to be called out.
