This is a very interesting prompt. And I’m actually wracking my brain for this….

And I’ve come up with this item, it shouldn’t be too surprising I guess ?? so here it is, also this item would appear in any anime world (yeah put a spin on it)

Bloopy’s illumination

I’ll be using some rpg / videogame elements to make peeps understand why this shield is legendary:

Block attacks: A++ blocks all physical attacks
Reflect projectiles: A++ a mystical dome appears around the wielder, reflecting all projectiles
Boon application: any buffs applied; shield grants a small upkeep time of 1 1/2 per sec
Debuff application: Any debuffs applied; shield grants a small upkeep time 1 1/2 per sec
Counterattack: when 2nd physical attack is blocked, counterattack occurs
Illuminates any dark places by surrounding the wielder or their party in a dome of light
Stealth of light hides the wielder or their party in a dome of dark light

And there you have folks an item that I would like to be named after me, in an anime world!
