If you've been to my #neocities website you will know how much I love making #blinkies
Any #alexkidd fans out there?If you don't know Neocities, I highly recommend. It is a web hosting service that you CAN pay for but is still highly functional without paying. Everything must be hand coded but that leaves you with complete creative freedom. Not dissimilar to being a #SelfPublishedAuthor Total freedom but heaps of work and responsibility.
