Apropos of nothing, me spending like 1000 hours playing #Blazblue feels crazy in retrospect. I find sooooo many of that game's characters sooo deeply obnoxious. some actual awful matchups and some characters I would like to never think of again.

But Hakumen? Hakumen is so gahdam cool. Giant faceless white knight with a sword, grown man damage, and 5 different parries? Inject that shit into my veins. Write it on my arm.

No projectile. No problem. Just increasingly lethal games of Rock Paper Scissors and some "walking weapon" ass damage output.

Yeah, I put up with literal years of anime bullshit just because I liked playing that character. I traveled for tourneys. I was a server's best Hakumen main and most ardent "I like anime but you weebs are goofy" view espouser.
