Been taking a break from painting to scratch other itches (namely diamond painting and cross stitch) but I had to try out those new John Blanche paints.
I've had this Hollowman figure half-done on my shelf a while. It was already a desaturated red/maroon, so a good candidate for trying the stuff on. I could do more contrast on it (the ivory white should be really nice for that) but I don't care enough tbh.

Back at this year's NOVA Open I took a hair sculpting class with the inestimably talented & super chill Valbjorn that resulted in this gloriously grimdark marine. A couple months later, I whipped up a classic zorn palette & now here we are. Real happy with this guy.
