#today I'm counting down the days til I start my last round of #immunotherapy for #bladder #cancer. Shots 25, 26 and 27 await. It's usually 3 over 3 weeks, every 6 months. I've been having this for several years now and it doesn't get any easier: outrageous #cystitis and prostate inflammation. Just hoping they'll find ever fewer recurrences that they'll want to laser away. Things could be worse.

In other news, I've nearly finished brooding over how to style my links page / blogroll.

I'm not what you might call in prime condition, I'm 68 years old & I have #HealthIssues. I am a #HeartAttack and #TripleBypass Surgery survivor back in 2018, left with a #HeartCondition.

I have #ChronicKidneyDisease coupled with a troublesome #Prostate that interferes with my #Bladder meaning I have a permanent #Catheter.
My #BloodPressure can get a little out of whack, I can also fall into #Anxiety or #Depression but not like I used to. Finally I have #Arthritis at the base of my Spine.

It checks the 12 most common forms of the disease: #lung, #breast, #prostate, #pancreatic, #colorectal, #ovarian, #liver, #brain, #oesophageal, #bladder, #bone and soft tissue #sarcoma, and #gastric.

This won't mean much to many but for the first time since 7 December, I've walked 5km and at the same speed I walked it that day. Since my prostatectomy, I've been hesitant to walk that far but I've built up to it and did it easily. And with Twig in tow.

I think I've earned a large glass of water.
