  2. Look I'm exhausted from people just complaining about the old world crumbling around us when we have actual work to do. We're building the reparative architecture we need right now on the ground in Buffalo. The Rising Tide Fellowship is out here field-testing Intersectional Pacifist Social Anarchism and doing the hard anti-entropic work of mutual aid so our neighbors actually have what they need to survive. I don't want to just critique capitalism anymore I want to replace it. We're setting up the Queen City Commonwealth and pushing for consensus-based governance because nobody is coming to save us but us. I'm a 40yo Black trans woman and an anarchist organizer and I'm looking to connect with other marginalized leftists who want to do real world solidarity instead of just posting theory. Let's build something beautiful. Reach out.

  7. @Are0h @TamarYellin

I agree with you that #black #women and #blacktranswomen should be safe on #Mastodon. But that safety should be extended to #trans #women as well.

It's important that #moderators make #blackwomen feel safe on Mastodon instances. But if they make black women feel safe but don't make #transwomen feel safe too, that is not enough.

  8. @TamarYellin @Are0h #Moderation focused on the safety of #blackwomen and #blacktranswomen is great.

However, I'd extend that to just #trans #women in general.

I'm #Irish so I burn just looking at the sun. However, I'm also a #transwoman.

Throughout my life, I was beaten, spit on, urinated on, had my hair set on fire, had my coat doused with gasoline then set on fire with me in it, and was sexually assaulted.

Being #transgender is dangerous in this world, no matter what #race you are.
