UNTIL 830 AM THIS MORN (02/04)WHAT: Urban & small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall.
WHERE: A portion of northern California, including the following counties, #Marin, #Napa & #Sonoma.
IMPACTS: inor flooding in low-lying & poor drainage areas.

- At 516 AM PST, Doppler radar & automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
