People have been saying for time that many of us should distance ourselves from toxicity.
Recently I decided to finally do that with two family and it immediately freed up this weight that I didn't know that I had been carrying and now I suddenly have even more joy for other people. :)

I haven't been doing my ergonomic exercises; so this morning my eyelid stuck to my eyeball for the first time in ages. It's very sensitive to light now; but it will pass in a few days and then I will be able to see clearly again with both eyes.

I got irritable with my therapist today for the first time.
I used my words and she thanked me.
I was then able to realize why. Bc I had broken #keto the night before and that when that happens I become insanely hungry for high glycemic carbohydrates like bread; but I hadn't eaten today; so I had a keto friendly soda and was no longer irritable again. :)
