I'm Josiah, a localization director with a deep passion for narrative.
In addition to handling English translation duties and managing localization workflows and schedules, I also co-write scripts, assist with scenario planning, oversee motion capture, and direct voice recording, with my duties varying from project to project.

I'm reminded again that "politics" is an overloaded term, and often maliciously. I oughtn't say "I won't be boosting unCW politics" without saying what I mean.
For me, "politics" can't mean excluding *people*. Even when others politicize people's lives and bodies.
e.g. #TransRights and #BlackLives have been politizied, but trans rights and Black lives aren't politics.
Anxious election news, "what TFG just did", action calls—such #politics should be #CW so others can engage or avoid mindfully.
