There are many stories about why those of us with Southern (USA) roots eat #blackeyedpeas and/or #collardgreens and/or #cornbread on #newyear day. Maybe they're all a little true. But, I figure it can't hurt to follow this family tradition. I've been making this hummus for the last 3 years. It gets eaten every year!
