BIG day, I have WON the contempt motion, small amount of legal fees and a small civil penalty wrt to my daughter being withheld / kidnapped.
However, there's no guarantee that the other party will obey this order and there's still TONS of court costs which aren't covered.
Even worse, the courts to "reduce conflict" decided to award the parent found in contempt PRIMARY decision making and MORE custody time.... despite the CLEAR ruling of contempt.
