  2. Today’s #TonysTimelessThursdays is for my mom, Marjorie Reed, on her birthday. 💐

  3. A few years back a friend of mine introduced me to this 1971 film starring Sidney Poitier about a mysterious man who arrives in his hometown in Alabama after his sister dies, and the effect his return has on the racially and socially tense community. It’s now in my Top 10! “Brother John” is a stellar production and an outstanding artistic document. Available to stream on AppleTV+ and Amazon Prime. #BlackHistoryMonth #blackhistory #history #BlackCinema #movies #SidneyPoitier #brotherjohn
