Having guiltily driven to seen the Glossy Ibis yesterday, I’m keen to up my Low Carbon Birding game so plan to cycle out for my next excursion on Saturday. I’ve therefore reactivated my Laka insurance coverage - if anyone out there wants fully comprehensive cycle insurance, we’ll both get credit if you sign up via this code https://my.laka.co/MLMD7 and the premiums are low, varying month-to-month depending on actual claims.

@Phil
In which I did not see the #RedCrestedPochard that were there yesterday, but making a second pass on a tip off when I’d been about to stop I briefly glimpsed what was probably our visiting #RingNeckedDuck. Another highlight was the pair of #widgeon on open water making comedic use of #MuteSwan s as wind breaks. And a brilliant view of a #kingfisher. A really good morning’s #Birding
