Wuppertal verwehrt sich, seine #Landschaftsplanung fortzuschreiben:* Wuppertal ist eine von 2 Kommunen in #NRW ohne flächendeckende Landschaftsplanung
* Unsere Landschaftspläne sind in Teilen rechtswidrig
* #Biotopverbund und #Klimaschutz fehlen komplett.Das wichtigste aber ist:
Erst Landschaftsplanung ermöglicht #Mitsprache, #Beteiligung und #Partizipation!!
