I’m excited to announce that the two new controlled vocabularies for describing the content of #biodiversity images have been ratified as part of the @tdwg Audiovisual Core standard. Thanks to my colleagues on the Views Controlled Vocabularies Task Group for their hard work over the last five years to make this a reality! #biodiversityinformatics https://www.tdwg.org/news/2023/ac-views-controlled-vocab/

Just finishing work on controlled vocabularies for Audubon Core terms subjectPart and subjectOrientation: https://github.com/tdwg/ac/issues/245 hopefully to be ratified within about a month.
