Thank you for explaining why the #TikTok Ban does not violate the bill of attainder clause of the US constition.
I am sure we would all agree, it would be much healthier to subject all social media to better privacy and security controls.
if #TikTok is banned in the US, then presumably #Facebook and Twitter will get banned in #china

Banning a single company, TikTok, is a "Bill of Attainder", illegal in the US under the constition.
Particularly since corporations are considered people.
So how is this possible.
